純銅/無氧(yang)銅產品特性(xing)
純銅(tong)(tong)是玫瑰(gui)紅色(se)金屬,表(biao)面形成(cheng)氧化銅(tong)(tong)膜后呈紫色(se),故工業(ye)純銅(tong)(tong)常稱紫銅(tong)(tong)或電解銅(tong)(tong)。密度為8-9g/cm3,熔點1083°C。純銅(tong)(tong)導電性很(hen)好(hao),大量(liang)用于制(zhi)造電線、電纜、電刷等(deng);導熱性好(hao),常用來制(zhi)造須(xu)防磁性干擾的(de)磁學儀(yi)器、儀(yi)表(biao),如羅(luo)盤、航空儀(yi)表(biao)等(deng);塑性極好(hao),易于熱壓和冷壓力加工,可制(zhi)成(cheng)管、棒、線、條、帶、板、箔等(deng)銅(tong)(tong)材 [1] 。

純(chun)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)用(yong)途要比鐵范圍(wei)廣得多,每年有大(da)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)用(yong)于電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)工(gong)業生產之中。純(chun)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)主要用(yong)于制作發電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)﹑母線(xian)﹑電(dian)(dian)纜﹑開關裝置﹑變(bian)壓器(qi)等(deng)電(dian)(dian)工(gong)器(qi)材和熱交換器(qi)﹑管道﹑太(tai)陽能加(jia)熱裝置的(de)(de)(de)平(ping)板集熱器(qi)等(deng)導熱器(qi)材。銅(tong)(tong)(tong)中含氧(煉銅(tong)(tong)(tong)時容易混入少量(liang)氧)對導電(dian)(dian)率影響很大(da),用(yong)于電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)工(gong)業的(de)(de)(de)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)一般都必須是無氧銅(tong)(tong)(tong)。純(chun)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)還主要用(yong)于電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)短路環,電(dian)(dian)磁加(jia)熱感應器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)制作,和大(da)功率電(dian)(dian)子元件(jian)上面,接(jie)線(xian)排接(jie)線(xian)端子之類的(de)(de)(de)。純(chun)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)也運用(yong)到了門、窗、扶手等(deng)家具及裝飾(shi)上 。
